To request a refund, simply contact PMBA USA customer support at support@pmbausa.com and explain why you are not satisfied with your course. PMBA USA will then issue you a full refund.

Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are only available for courses that have not been started. If you have already started a course, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Timeframe for Refund: Refunds are only available for courses purchased within the last 2 days. If you purchased a course more than 2 days ago, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 15-20 business days of receiving your request.
Non-refundable Charges: Administrative fees, enrollment charges, and any costs associated with materials (such as books, shipping, processing fees, or software) are non-refundable.
