Founded in 2009, the Professional Medical Billers Association USA (PMBA USA) began with one mission: to make healthcare education and certification accessible, credible, and globally relevant. What started as a small initiative to standardize medical billing practices has grown into an international certification authority that has empowered 23,000+ professionals accross 20 countries. PMBA USA’s credentials, CPMB®, CAIMC®, CHIM®, and FIMC®, are now recognized by hospitals, insurance networks, and revenue cycle companies worldwide.
